Please understand that appointments are limited and in demand (I often have a waitlist for certain appointment spots). I understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and appointments can’t be held. I respectfully request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
Technical difficulties are a part of the process with online consults, I’m more than happy to move to phone or Facetime if zoom isn’t cooperating for any reason.
